Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Switzerland only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (additional cost applies)
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: CHF 5.90 (free for orders over CHF 50)

Express Shipping: CHF 7
Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at info@nammabowl.ch within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
